NST is seeking a mid-level person to be the full-time on-site support engineer for a major client in Manhattan: The ideal candidate is technically focused and ‘hands-on’ in working with some or most of the following products (and related technologies): Windows 10 Pro, Server 2012/2016, Hyper-V, Office Pro 2013+, Office 365, SQL 2005/2008, IIS, iOS, Android. Also; some knowledge of supporting adds/moves and changes to Windows Active Directory, cybersecurity, Internet and email/DNS troubleshooting. Although our focus is on the Microsoft Platform, we support Mac as needed.

Generally, travel out of the mid-town area is not required, but travel to client sites in the southern CT and NY metro area is required if the customer execs need home network support, if we need coverage for other client sites, or if there is a company event at our office in Stamford, CT. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license. The company reimburses for all company-related expenses including rentals or mileage reimbursement for use of personal car.
